New domain extension for adult… a trick to crack down?

The new domain extension for adult industry has started worrying the industry big heads.
One side of the coin is
- The internet space is getting reduced day by day, so the need for new extensions is a good idea.
- It would be much sensible to have a seperate extension for this industry.
- This gives the new oppurtonities for the entreprenuers as they do not necessarily be limited to few options.

The other side of the coin is

- Adult industry big heads are worried as they suspect this could be the step to track down the industry.
- Network administration to block whole extension would be a lot easier.
- The business could see a down trend as many countries could easily block the complete extension.

Above are the few simple concerns that came to my mind while I was travelling to my work place.
